Enterprise application investigation and development across CRM workflows, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

Investigate production issues through root-cause analysis, SQL queries, database relationships, record-level tracing, and controlled data corrections.

Follow the integration.

Troubleshoot OOMI CRM workflows, REST APIs, authentication/token issues, HTTP requests and responses, and integrations with Xero, GoCardless, Jira/JSM, and SSO-related services.

Build useful tooling.

Contribute React and .NET functionality to an internal Jira/OOMI Support Portal: ticket creation and viewing, request handling, account features, status retrieval, and Jira/JSM integration.
