- Troubleshoot OOMI CRM workflows, REST APIs, authentication/token issues, HTTP requests and responses, and integrations with Xero, GoCardless, Jira/JSM, and SSO-related services.
- Contribute React and .NET functionality to an internal Jira/OOMI Support Portal: ticket creation and viewing, request handling, account features, status retrieval, and Jira/JSM integration.
- Test and validate resolutions and document investigations with engineering and operations colleagues.
